Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluations
Your first appointment is an opportunity to slow down and look at the bigger picture. We’ll discuss your current concerns, mental health history, medical history, medications, lifestyle, goals, and other factors that may be contributing to how you’re feeling.
Medication Management
When medication is appropriate, I provide thoughtful, evidence-based medication management with careful follow-up. We’ll discuss potential benefits, risks, alternatives, and what to expect so you can make informed decisions about your treatment.
Ongoing Psychiatric Care
Mental health treatment isn’t always a straight line. As your circumstances and needs change, your treatment plan can change with you. Follow-up visits provide space to assess your progress, address concerns, and make adjustments when needed.

Continue Your Care
Follow-up visits allow us to monitor progress, make adjustments, and continue building on the work we’ve started.

Lone Mountain Psychiatry is a private, cash-pay practice.
Operating outside of traditional insurance allows me to focus on providing personalized care without the limitations often associated with insurance-based psychiatry. Many patients choose this model for the added privacy, flexibility, and quality of care it allows.
If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance company. A superbill can be provided upon request. You always have the right to a Good Faith Estimate.
Forms and paperwork will incur a $100 additional charge (disability forms, FMLA, ESA, HUD letters). We do not charge for school or short-term work excusal letters.
Initial Evaluation
$325 | 60–90 minutes
Your first visit is a comprehensive and collaborative assessment. We’ll take the time to understand your history, current concerns and goals, and develop a clear, personalized treatment plan with you.
This may include, depending on your needs/goals - ordering medication, labs, education, and making referrals to other specialists if appropriate.
Follow-Up Visits
$150 | 20–30 minutes
Ongoing visits are focused, supportive, and responsive to your needs-whether that involves medication management, symptom review, or adjusting your treatment plan. Typically these will occur anywhere from weekly to once every six months depending on the severity of symptoms, appropriate timeline for refills, and your goals. If prescribed controlled substances, it is required to meet at minimum once every three months.
Extended Sessions
$200 | 45–60 minutes
For times when more space and conversation is needed (i.e. preference for more time or urgent need but not in active crisis) extended visits allow for a deeper, more in-depth discussion and treatment planning.
